The Sabetha Police Department would like to thank all of the participating down
town merchants for their participation in the 3rd annual down town Halloween
festival.  Without your support and time this event would not be as successful as it
was and has been for the last three years.  The Police Department handed out
candy, stickers and nice foil bags donated by Sailor Insurance for approximately
380 kids.


Thank You to all the parents and caregivers who took the time to bring their
children downtown and join us in the fun.
